1. Who we are
The organizer of the 52nd Una Regatta is PE Una National Park Ltd. Bihać. We are responsible for processing the personal data we collect through this website during regatta registration, drone operator registration and site visits.
2. What data we collect
During regatta registration we collect: first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, crew name, vessel type, number of participants, the entry fee payment date and any notes. When you visit the site, technical and analytics data are also collected automatically (see section 5).
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data solely to organise and run the regatta: processing registrations, recording entry fee payments, communicating with participants and sending confirmations, and meeting legal obligations.
4. Photos and video footage
The Una Regatta is a public, international tourist event that is photographed and filmed. By taking part in the regatta you accept that photos and videos in which you may appear can be used for the organizer's promotional and marketing purposes — on the website, social media and in promotional materials of Una National Park, free of charge. If you do not want footage in which you appear to be used, you may contact us at any time and we will honour your request.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential cookies for basic functioning and analytics cookies that measure traffic and behaviour so we can improve the site. Analytics cookies are enabled only with your consent via the cookie bar. You can withdraw consent by deleting cookies in your browser.
6. Sharing data
We do not sell your data. We may share it with service providers (e.g. hosting, analytics, e-mail) solely for the purposes stated above, and with competent authorities when required by law.
7. Data retention
We keep registration data for as long as necessary to organise the current and future editions of the regatta and to meet legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it.
